By creating an account or using FitNFree (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
FitNFree is an AI-assisted fitness, nutrition, sleep, and wellness companion app, including workout and nutrition tracking, an AI Coach, sleep and habit tracking, streaks and challenges, a marketplace to purchase plans from independent trainers, paid courses, and a merchandise store.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FitNFree. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
FitNFree offers a free tier (limited daily AI actions) and an optional Premium subscription for unlimited AI coaching and additional features. The App also offers one-time purchases: digital products, paid courses, trainer-delivered custom plans, and physical merchandise.
FitNFree's AI Coach, insights, scans, and recommendations are generated by an AI system and are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only.
AI-generated estimates (calories, macros, form feedback, readiness scores) are approximations based on the data available and may not be fully accurate. You use this information at your own discretion.
The AI features work by sending what you ask the AI Coach, photos you submit for scans, and relevant information from your profile and logs to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it to produce replies. FitNFree asks for your permission in the app before doing this for the first time. You can turn it off at any time in Profile under "AI data sharing", and the AI features stop working until you turn it back on.
Trainers on FitNFree are independent individuals, not Team K employees or agents. We facilitate the transaction and payout but are not responsible for the content, quality, or suitability of any plan a trainer delivers. Use trainer-delivered content at your own discretion, and consult your own doctor before beginning any program.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to bypass usage limits, paywalls, or security controls; misuse the trainer marketplace, courses, or challenges features (e.g. submitting fraudulent progress or payment activity); or upload content that infringes someone else's rights or is abusive, illegal, or harmful.
Content standards and reporting. There is no tolerance for objectionable content in FitNFree. This includes content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent, or that encourages self-harm, whether in display names, challenge or squad names, commitments, trainer profiles or messages. We may remove it without notice, and we may suspend or delete accounts that post it. You can report content using the Report links on challenges, leaderboard entries, squads and trainer profiles, and you can block or report a person in trainer chat. We aim to review reports and act within 24 hours. You can also email us at teamlix6@gmail.com.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, journal notes, messages to the AI Coach, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The FitNFree app, its design, branding, and underlying software are owned by Team K. Purchased courses, digital products, and trainer plans are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent activity.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team K is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury, health outcome, or financial loss resulting from reliance on AI-generated content, trainer-delivered plans, or third-party fulfilment (e.g. merch shipping). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continuing to use FitNFree after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
